Cebu Annual Convention
My students in Radiation Protection are very much excited to attend the Annual PARP Convention at Cebu, which is supposedly this coming end of September. Since last year I have been telling them to prepare because I will require them to attend the said convention.
Since the start of the school year, they have been asking me on when is the fixed date of the PARP convention. I also keep on replying that I am not really sure about the date but definitely, it will be on the 3rd or 4th week of September.
Then came September, they became really anxious and excited at the same time. To our dismay, I was informed that the convention will be postponed on January, 2009. They were really disappointed. But I told them if, the seminar in Iloilo will push through on November, we are going to change plans then. So hopefully, the plan will be materialized.
